Short for metamorphosis, One-Michelin-starred Meta is representative of the ever-changing F&B industry, as well as its culinary team’s evolutionary approach to the menu.

At the restaurant, dishes and flavour combinations are reinterpreted to reflect Chef Sun Kim’s experiences. Combining his Korean heritage, Japanese culinary techniques, and Western culinary training, Meta presents innovative and well-balanced dishes that utilise the best seasonal produce and ingredients from around the globe.

  • All payments for tickets purchased are fixed and final.
  • Strictly no refunds, no cancellations and no amendment/rescheduling of sessions once tickets have been purchased.
  • Strictly no combining of bookings (tables) will be allowed.
  • Menu may be subjected to changes without prior notice. This includes the number of dishes and ingredients which are subject to availability and seasonality.
  • Any dietary restrictions must be highlighted during booking. While restaurant will do their best to accommodate dietary requirements, there is no guarantee all requests can be met.

  • The price stated for each reservation does not include beverages (including water/coffee/tea). Any additional food or beverages ordered beyond the menu will be charged by the restaurant directly and full payment must be made with an UOB Reserve card.
  • Dress Code: Smart casual with appropriate footwear (no shorts, bermudas, singlets and slippers).
